If the call never connects, you're not charged for it
Both legs of a call are billed, but only once they're actually connected. If you don't press 1 in time and the call is cancelled before we ever dial the destination, that destination leg is never billed — there's nothing to refund because nothing was charged.
What still gets billed
- The leg to you is billed based on how long you were actually on the phone, same as any call.
- The leg to the destination is billed from the moment they answer, and stops the moment either side hangs up.
If something looks wrong on your account
Genuine billing mistakes are rare, but they happen. Contact support with the approximate time of the call and we'll look at the actual call record — we keep detailed logs of both legs of every call.
