Paid credits never expire
Any credit you buy stays on your account indefinitely. There's no "use it or lose it" clock on anything you've paid for.
Free signup credit is different
New accounts get a small free credit bonus to try Spoofey with. That bonus expires one week after you sign up if it goes unused. We'll email you a day before it expires so it's never a surprise, and once you make your first purchase the bonus rule stops applying to your balance going forward.
Warning
Only the unused portion of the signup bonus is affected. Any credit you've bought separately is never touched, no matter how old your account is.
Checking your balance
Your current balance, and whether any of it is bonus credit, is always visible from your account. If you're topping up, see pricing for current rates.
